4. Creative DNA data
Creative DNA is a professional working profile used for matching purposes. It may include information about working style, collaboration preferences, feedback response, decision-making patterns, pace, autonomy, and creative environment fit.
Creative DNA is not a psychological, medical, or diagnostic test.
INNK uses Creative DNA data only for recruitment, matching, service improvement, and related professional purposes.

Consent - when you submit information, complete an intake or assessment, join the talent pool, or agree that your data may be used for matching.
Contractual necessity - when we provide services requested by you or take steps before entering into an agreement.

Legal obligation - when we need to keep administrative, accounting, or tax records.

INNK acts as an intermediary between companies and creatives.
We may share relevant candidate information with potential clients when there is a suitable opportunity or active search process. This may include:

We only share information that is relevant for evaluation, matching, and collaboration. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

INNK may use external tools to provide its services, manage data, and communicate with users. These may include:
Manatal for recruitment CRM and candidate/client management
Outgrow for Creative DNA assessments
Google Workspace for email, files, and document storage
Dropbox Sign for document signing
Squarespace for website hosting
LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms for professional networking and sourcing
These tools may process personal data on behalf of INNK.
8. data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
For creatives in the INNK talent pool, data may be kept as long as the creative remains interested in relevant opportunities or until they request deletion.
For candidates who are not selected for a specific opportunity, we will not keep data longer than necessary unless the candidate has agreed to remain in the INNK talent pool for future opportunities.
Recruitment data should not be kept indefinitely. The Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens states that candidate data is usually deleted within four weeks after an application process ends, unless the candidate gives permission to keep the data longer for future opportunities.
Administrative records, invoices, agreements, and payment-related documents may be kept longer when required for legal or tax purposes.
